You will lead a dedicated team (Maintenance + Community Assistant) to ensure the property thrives:

• High Standards: Maintain 95%+ occupancy and keep delinquency below 5%.
• Leadership: Supervise and support a small on-site team to ensure property excellence.
• Financial Oversight: Manage the annual operating budget and rent collections.
• Community Focus: Foster positive relationships with senior residents and build a strong waitlist.

• Experience: Background in affordable housing (HUD/Project-Based Section 8) is a major plus.
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage a team and cultivate a positive work culture.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable with industry software (RealPage/OneSite) and Google Suite.
• Mindset: Strong financial awareness coupled with a "resident-first" attitude.

• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• PA Real Estate License or willing to obtain within one year of employment.
